STATIONS OF THE CROSS

 

 

 

 The Stations of the Cross - is a beautiful Catholic devotion practiced around the world to meditate on the passion and trial of Jesus. With this Lenten act of walking and reflecting on the Lord's journey, we place ourselves near Him and try to unite with His great Triumph!

 

 

The 14 Stations of the Cross have been traditionally practiced inside, or on the premises of Catholic Churches. Lately, however, the faithful are encouraged to practice the devotion in or around the Domestic Church ..."The Home!"

 

 

With many resources available and creativity, your family can show the Lord that this practice can continue, even in the midst of hardships.

 

 

Below are some images of how we constructed and set up our Stations!

First We Color and Cut our Stations

Next, we Folded back the lower half and placed them throughout the Home

Walking throughout our "Domestic Church."


 

Getting a little Creative, we got out the hole puncher and yarn!



 

Hanging Our Stations Throughout the Yard!
